Suntory -196 (Minus 196) is a ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage with EXTREME Japanese origins.
Our products are made using real fruit blended with Shochu, Vodka and Soda. We use Suntory’s Proprietary Freeze Crush Infusion Technology™ (FCI), which involves freezing and crushing real fruit AN EXTREME MINUS 196°C to capture every bit of all natural, bold fruit flavour.

We carefully select the zestiest lemons, juiciest grapes and freshest peaches around.
FREEZE (-196*C)
Now we get scientific. We then employ Suntory’s Proprietary Freeze Crush Infusion Technology: the fruit is submerged in liquid nitrogen and flash frozen at an extreme -196 degrees Celsius, capturing every drop of natural fruity flavour.
CRUSH
The frozen fruit is crushed into smithereens and the powder is infused into our Shochu and Vodka distillate for a full flavour hit. No compromises.
